Refund Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your product. However, in the unlikely event that the product is not suitable or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Period: 14 days from delivery date
DAMAGES / INCORRECT DELIVERY
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles, you must inform us within 5 business days of delivery. We will ask you for photos of the damaged tiles and strive to resolve the issue quickly and send replacements (if necessary). Please send an email to info@diefliesengalerie.ch if tiles are damaged or incorrect tiles have been delivered.
EXCESSES
Due to color and batch variations, as well as our high inventory turnover, we have a special return policy for products that have been over-ordered. To request a return, please contact us at info@diefliesengalerie.ch.
We will refund the purchase price for unopened boxes within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the return.
CHANGE OF CHOICE
You have the right to return all non-perishable goods if you are not satisfied with your selection. The goods must be returned to our main warehouse in their original packaging. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
RETURN COSTS
If you cannot organize the return yourself, we can arrange for the product to be collected from you – the cost of this collection will be charged to you.
Parcel Courier Deliveries – Unfortunately, we cannot arrange collection for orders originally delivered via this service. If you wish to return products, you are responsible for organizing the return of the goods to our main warehouse.
We ask you to exercise reasonable care when handling the goods and to return them in an unopened, unused condition and in their original packaging. This also applies if they were delivered on a wooden pallet or a wooden frame. If you no longer have the pallet or wooden frame, we can arrange for a pallet to be delivered, but this will incur a charge.
Goods can only be returned without packaging if they are defective.
In the event that the product's original packaging has been damaged or destroyed, we will only refund the purchase price if the product is returned due to a defect.
